March Pinterest Pick 3: Come Be Inspired!

Welcome to this month’s Pick 3 Party!  Thanks for stopping by!  If you are looking for some inspiration for your classroom this month, you have come to the right place!

March marks the beginning of Spring and I love bringing a little bit of Spring into the classroom.  Here are a few of the ideas that I have found on Pinterest that I plan to use during the month of March with my students.

We begin our unit on fairy tales this month.  It has always been one of my favorite units but I have never added STEM activities.  I plan to change that this year.  I love this simple idea for building a house for the three little pigs.

I just love this simple game for reviewing math facts….who doesn’t love baseball?

Bees play such an important role in the Spring.  This lesson idea helps kids to understand how pollination occurs.

The STEM activity was great! We have to start doing them next year. We have new Science standards that start next year and STEM is a huge part.

I always love fairy tale units. There is so much to be learned from them–and I love incorporating hands-on activities. Adding a stem activity is so creative–and so much fun! Thanks for sharing!
