I took a day off from teaching this week to take my daughter to visit a potential college. This is our 4th visit this spring, but I think she might have found her future home this time.
While she liked every other school we have visited, this one was exactly what she was looking for and felt like home. It is hard to believe that she is only a year away from going off to college....it is sad and exciting at the same time!
On our drive home, we stopped for the traditional Texas spring photo opportunity!
Before my long weekend began, my class was having a blast with these adorable activities from The Inspired Owl. To be honest, grammar is my least favorite thing to teach. However, since it is necessary, I am thankful for talented and creative teachers to help make the lessons engaging and meaningful.
Some of my blogging buddies and I are teaming up for a Spring Product review and giveaway. I was super blessed to be partnered with the fabulous Inspired Owl. In the next week or so, I will be blogging about how I put this unit to work in my class. In the meantime, check out the other talented teachers that are participating in the product swap.
We are also hosting a winner's choice giveaway where the winner will be able to choose a product from one of our TPT store. Be sure to check it out because if you don't enter, you can't win!
